It looks like the film is running out for Kodak. The Wall Street Journal is reporting Kodak is set to declare Chapter 11 bankruptcy unless the company can sell a portion of digital patents. Kodak was founded in 1892 is credited for introducing 35mm color film and the Megapixel sensor. The company was removed from the Dow Jones Industrial Average in 2004 and has suffered losses for the past few years. Bankruptcy proceedings are expected to happen within the month. [Mashable]
