Fresh on the heels of LeBron James rocking Chicago Cubs gear because his Cleveland Indians lost to Dwyane Wade’s Cubs, J.J. Watt found himself in a similar situation.
Watt, a Wisconsin alum, made a Big Ten championship bet with Houston Texans teammate Devon Still, a former Penn State Nittany Lion. Penn State won, 38-31—following an epic comeback (Wisconsin was up 28-7!)—and, needless to say, Watt had to suffer the consequences.
Watt’s reply to his fellow Houston defensive end? “A bet is a bet.” Gotta honor it.
Watt, who rocked a skin-tight Penn State shirt and wacky hat, previously tried to get Still to sport some Wisconsin gear. He even had the full outfit set out.

Watt and Still clearly got a kick out of trash-talking for this matchup.
What an incredible comeback. Congratulations to Penn State on a great game and championship.
Awww thanks JJ!! Lol https://t.co/smR5vKYYZG
Penn State will play USC in the Rose Bowl, and at least one Nittany Lions fan is freaking out about it.
