Prior to Monday night's game against the Buffalo Bills at CenturyLink Field, a Seattle Seahawks fan was caught heckling Bills coach Kathryn Smith, calling her a "waitress," and asking her for a Pepsi. The idiotic 'Hawks fan was quickly shut down by a female member of The 12, who was clearly in disbelief by what she was hearing.

Before hurling those little sexist remarks, this guy should learn to respect this woman's resume, and her journey through the NFL. Earlier this year, Smith became the first full-time female coach in NFL history when the Bills hired her as their special team quality control coach. Kathryn started off as a game-day/special events intern for the New York Jets in 2003. Over the next four years, Smith went from becoming a player personnel assistant to being appointed as a college scouting intern. In 2014, she was named an assistant by former Jets head coach Rex Ryan.

Whether the female Seahawks fan who put that guy in check knows him or not, it's great to see that these fools will not be allowed to spew that garbage at someone they would probably give their right arm to be.

Too bad that "waitress" has a job that guy can only dream of... Point Kathryn. #Bills https://t.co/gXgiiM6B18
