Jarryd Hayne—the Australian rugby star who came to the U.S. and lasted about five minutes in the NFL with the 49ers—was doing a public service presentation back in his homeland last week when things went terribly awry. While speaking to a group of high school students about cyber security, someone reportedly hacked into his presentation, which he was doing on behalf of Norton Security, and showed pornographic photos on the big screen that Hayne was using to illustrate the dangers of using public WiFi.

During the presentation, Hayne, a fullback for the Gold Coast Titans of the National Rugby League, volunteered to allow a Norton employee to hack into his phone to show just how easily someone can hack into a person's device while they use WiFi. And while most of the photos that appeared on the big screen during the hack were pictures of athletes, that all changed went porn popped up on the screen. Hayne looked dumbfounded and didn't know what to say, and to make matters even worse, a local TV station was there to watch his presentation and captured the incredibly awkward moment.

The Norton employee who was with Hayne during the presentation was quick to point out that the porn was not actually on Hayne's phone. "It definitely was not on Jarryd's device," Nick Savvides said. "Connecting to open networks, people can see what you're doing and in this case, inject unwanted materials."

But that didn't stop the high school students who were watching the presentation from flipping out. You can watch the awkwardness ensue in the clip above.
