Mike Gundy's victory dance is almost too painful to watch.

College football coaches dancing in front of cameras after victories or for recruiting purposes is nothing new. Seeing them gyrate makes us laugh just as much as feeling embarrassed for these aging males who can't seem to find rhythm in their hips like Steve Martin's lifelong flaw in The Jerk.

The latest viral sensation to dance horribly for his team after a big win on Saturday is Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy. The Cowboys defeated the Texas Longhorns 49-31 at Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater, Okla. It was the first time in 20 seasons that OSU beat the Longhorns on their home turf, and have won five out of their last seven games against them.

After the game, you can see Gundy surrounded by his players in the team locker room and coerced into showing his best dance moves in the video clip above.

The Cowboys probably should have let their head coach slide on this one, because this video clip above is quite painful to watch Gundy look like he was getting low under some imaginary Limbo stick, and with some sort of quasi-Butterfly dance that's could have been reminiscent of 1993, with a touch of some yoga maybe? I'm not sure what the hell he was doing, but stick to coaching and leave dancing for the players.
