UFC president Dana White has a long history with WWE CEO Vince McMahon, and as you would expect, their business relationship hasn't always been smooth sailing. "He's a (expletive) maniac, he's an animal, he's a competitor, he wants to win," White said, during his appearance on The Ric Flair Show podcast. "That's his nature and I respect it."

As someone who has played a pivotal role in turning the UFC from a risky $2 million investment in 2001 to the $4 billion empire that it is today, Dana respects Vince's passion, and never-ending dedication to the WWE. "If you look at what Vince McMahon has accomplished in all of his years and to still be on top and still be doing it," he said. "The guy's got enough money, he's in it because he loves it, he's in it because he's still passionate about it.

Over the last couple of years, White and McMahon have worked together on having Ronda Rousey and Brock Lesnar cross over from the WWE to UFC, and vice versa. Dana admits these last two interactions with Vince have been "probably the two best experiences" in all their years dealing with one another. "Vince has been very difficult in the past but the past several years he's been much better," Dana said.

Nowadays, White isn't just working with Vince. McMahon's daughter Stephanie, and her husband Paul "Triple H" Levesque have assumed more of a leadership role over the company, but you won't hear any complaints out of the UFC president. Dana says the two are "always great, always cool to work with."
