Which team was the best team in the NBA Playoffs last season? Was it the Warriors, the team that finished 73-9 during the regular season, or the Cavaliers, the team that beat the Warriors in Game 7 of the 2016 NBA Finals after rebounding from a 3-1 series deficit? The obvious answer is the Cavs since they won the championship. But Golden State guard Andre Iguodala says…neither.

On Thursday morning, Iggy (he mentions that he hates when people call him that, but it's too late to get people to stop now, right?) sat down for a brief interview with The Breakfast Club that featured him talking about everything from Steph Curry’s sometimes questionable shot selection to the financial ignorance of some NBA players. But the most interesting part of the interview came when Iggy revealed that, in his mind, Kevin Durant and the Thunder, not the Cavaliers, were the best team in the NBA Playoffs last season.

"Now that we got KD, I can say it: [The Thunder] were the best team in the playoffs," he said. "They were better than us. They were better than Cleveland. They should have won a championship. They played us better than anyone. They had our number."

Is Iggy trying to make things even worse for all the poor Thunder fans out there? If so, he’s doing a great job. Check out his entire Breakfast Club interview in the video above.
