In his five seasons with the Phoenix Suns, Markieff Morris had some great memories. Like, the time he shoved teammate Archie Goodwin during a huddle. Or the time he told the Philadelphia Inquirer that he wanted to be traded after they shipped out his twin brother Marcus over the offseason. OK, so maybe Markieff's time with the Suns wasn't the greatest, but now that he's with the Wizards, that's all in the past. Well, not so fast.Â
On Friday, the Wizards pulled an April Fool's Day prank that probably gave Morris some terrible flashbacks. When Markieff walked into the visiting locker room of his old stomping grounds, Talking Stick Resort Arena, this is what he saw.
Aww. From the entire uniform to the name placard, the Wizards went all out to make him feel right at home. Â
