Nerlens Noel must really be enjoying himself in Philadelphia. He plays for the worst team in the league. That team, the 76ers, just decided to cut their current rebuilding process short by not trusting the process and parting ways with general manager Sam Hinkie. And according to TMZ Sports, Noel is now facing a lawsuit that accuses him of causing an insane amount of damage inside of a 4,800-square-foot rental home in Philly. Fun!

The TMZ Sports report—which you can find here—features a list of things that Noel allegedly did during his time in the rental property, which he started renting back in September 2014. Here are a few of them:

  • Caused more than $30,000 worth of damage to carpets by spilling Gatorade on them
  • Clogged toilets with cotton balls and feces
  • Broke the home’s elevator
  • Did damage to the refrigerator, dishwasher, and window blinds and screens
  • Left marijuana in drawers throughout the home
  • Placed a tombstone with the words “RIP” written on it upon moving out

The home’s owners claim that more than $40,000 worth of damage was done overall. But because of the “RIP” sign that Noel allegedly left and the problems that they've had with him since he left the property, they’re asking for more than $75,000 total in their lawsuit. Noel hasn’t responded to it yet, but it seems like he’s going to have to say something about it soon. TMZ Sports obtained photos of the property, and it looks like it was a mess when Noel moved out. Stay tuned to see what happens next.
