Spurs' Patty Mills Slips Hard Trying To Stop Chris Paul's Crossover After Losing One Shoe

Patty Mills with one shoe off trying to guard mean CP3's crossover? Nice try.

In Tuesday night's Clippers-Spurs game in San Antonio, Spurs guard Patty Mills lost his shoe when the Spurs had the ball during the first quarter. While in transition to defense, he couldn't just stop the play, so he had to resort to keep playing with one shoe on and the other off.

That's when Chris Paul exploited Mills for not only being shoeless, but looking clueless on how to guard CP3's mean crossover on the way to hoop. Patty literally got caught slipping, and just couldn't recover.

At least Patty could've called a switch? Perhaps he was too proud to do that. But pride came before the Fall of Man, or at least the fall of this man.

The Spurs still won the game though, 108-87.
