Former NBA player Jayson Williams is in trouble again. Williams—who was arrested after shooting and killing a limousine driver in 2002—was arrested in upstate New York last week and charged with DWI after he crashed his Jeep into a utility pole.

According to TMZ Sports, the 47-year-old was arrested at around 11:30 p.m. on January 26 following the one-vehicle accident. He was taken to a local hospital to be treated for minor injuries and then charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. This isn’t the first time Williams has gotten busted for DWI, either. In 2010, he was actually sentenced to jail time as a result of a DWI and later ordered to pay more than $16,000 to replace a tree he crashed into during that incident.

Stay tuned for further details about Williams’ latest arrest.
