The NBA's All-Star voting ended last night at 11:59 p.m. ET, but the Toronto Raptors made one final push to try to get Kyle Lowry one of the starting guard spots in the East. And they did so by taking a shot at LeBron James and Kyrie Irving after the Cavaliers had just suffered a humiliating 34-point loss at the hands of the Warriors.

A couple of weeks back, LeBron (along with Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade and Chris Paul) cast some All-Star votes for each other on Twitter, and also included some for their teammates. With Irving holding a fairly slim lead over Lowry for that spot in the starting lineup, LeBron cast another vote for his teammate two days ago. The Raptors, attempting to seize an opportunity during the voting's final hours, decided to hit LeBron up to see if he wanted to change his mind.

.@KingJames Still time to change your mind. Kyle Lowry #NBAVote

When the last round of voting returns was released, Lowry trailed Irving by a little more than 32,000 votes. LeBron's latest tweet got over 6,600 retweets (which count as official votes), while this one from the Raptors only received a little more than 2100.

After Monday's crushing home loss to the Warriors, the Cavaliers obviously have bigger things to worry about than a silly tweet sent from a rival team's account. But we'll see if LeBron and Kyrie have a little something extra in store when they face the Raptors in Toronto on Feb. 26.
