Complex Sports has already explored the shaky legal ground daily fantasy sites like DraftKings and FanDuel are currently standing on, and it seems NFL players are now taking matters into their own hands.

According to a press release posted by Mike Garafolo of FOXSports.com, Washington Redskins wide receiver Pierre "Not Scared To Call J.J. Watt a Fuccboi" Garςon has filed a class-action suit in Maryland against FanDuel on behalf of all NFL players. The suit alleges that the site misappropriates players' names and likenesses and "knowingly and improperly exploits the popularity and performance of Garςon, along with all the other National Football League players."

The statement goes on to say that FanDuel collects "huge revenues from entry fees" and that Garςon nor any of the other NFL players "have given consent to FanDuel's blatant misappropriation of their publicity rights."

In case you're wondering why Pierre Garςon and the rest of the players didn't go after DraftKings as well, it's probably important to note that DraftKings has an advertising deal in place with the NFL Players Association, thus allowing use of their images and names.

Your move, FanDuel.
