The Detroit Lions were so, so, so close to coming out of CenturyLink Field with their first win of the 2015 season. After sticking with the Seattle Seahawks, led by Russell Wilson who went 20/28 for 287 yards, as well as 40 yards rushing, the Lions' offense picked up large chunks of yards, setting themselves up for either a tie or maybe even, a win.

With a little less than two minutes remaining, Matthew Stafford found the usually sure-handed Calvin Johnson in stride after breaking free from cornerback Cary Williams. As Megatron made his way towards the endzone, Kam Chancellor—two weeks removed from holding out for a new contract—punched the ball out at the very last possible second.

With a little help from the Seahawks' KJ Wright, the ball went out of bounds and back to Seattle. But, this is where the controversy lies.

Wait, the Seahawks got a win after the referees failed to call something against them in the final moments in Seattle on a primetime contest? YOU DON'T SAY
