Zlatan Ibrahimovic has booked out his home city's main square so that everyone can watch his homecoming when PSG play Malmo in November.

It's 14 years since Malmo's favourite son left the city to go and play for Ajax and begin his ascent to the top of world football. In November, though, Zlatan is going back to Malmo for a Champions League game against his old club. He's pretty excited about this, and he's determined to share the occasion of his homecoming with everyone in the city, so he's booked Malmo's main square to show the match, so that as many people as possible can watch his homecoming. He's also announced that "more surprised await on the day", so it looks like he's going all in for the special occasion.

He's been excited for it since the draw was made.

Back when the Champions League draw happened, Zlatan posted a photo of Malmo straight away, calling it "a dream to play the Champions League in Malmo". Back then, he promised that everyone in the city would be able to hear the stadium, but at least now everyone in the city will be able to watch the match.
