Odell Beckham Jr. has been dealing with a hamstring injury recently and, as a result, has been unable to practice. He's been frustrated by it, but he's been even more frustrated by how his teammates have treated him during his absence. He claims they've made jokes about him sitting on the sidelines and poked fun at the fact that he's become "too big" to practice.

The jokes are all in good fun, but OBJ hasn't necessarily enjoyed them. Earlier this week, he actually told reporters that he was getting tired of them. So during an appearance on WFAN's "Boomer & Carton" show today, Eli Manning passed along a message to his young wide receiver. That message? Stop being so sensitive.

"You're not practicing, people are gonna get on you a little bit," he said. "If you're not practicing, you've got to sit there and take it. It's fun-loving. People might say, 'How's your fingernail?'"

Eli has a point. If nothing else, OBJ should stop complaining about the jokes that are being thrown his way because his complaints are only going to make things worse. We'll have to see if he takes his quarterback's advice.
