LeBron James Says Dunk Contest Isn't His "Flavor"

LeBron James has never taken part in an NBA Slam Dunk Contest. And while people have tried to provide different explanations for why that is—at this point, he has absolutely nothing to gain by taking part in it—it's still a little bit of a mystery as to why he didn't enter a dunk contest earlier in his NBA career.

So during an interview with Dwyane Wade today, he was asked for an explanation. And he responded by saying that dunk contests simply aren't his "flavor":
