According to ESPN’s know-all NFL insider Adam Schefter, Jameis Winston is being touted as the second-highest rated quarterback prospect in a decade.
This, of course, is according to ESPN NFL Draft “guru” Todd McShay. You might be wondering who McShay’s No. 1 prospect of the past 10 years is; well, that would be none other than Andrew Luck.
