Adrian Peterson's indefinite suspension won't stand after all.
Back in early December, the Vikings running back attempted to appeal the suspension that the NFL handed him after he reached a plea deal in his child abuse case in Texas. It was denied. But earlier today, U.S. District Court Judge David Doty overturned that ruling and reinstated Peterson back into the NFL, effective immediately.
The Vikings will now have to decide whether or not they want to keep Peterson and have him play for them next season. It's unclear what they're going to do with him, especially after what reportedly took place between Peterson's agent Ben Dogra and Vikings vice president Rob Brzezinski. But now that Peterson has been reinstated, they'll have to make decision soon. Stay tuned to see what they decide to do.
