About a week ago, the Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey League had a kid come onto the ice and skate with the team as part of a pregame warm-up. It was an idea that was good in theory, but not so much in practice as the lad was inadvertently clotheslined by 6'6" Calgary Flames minor leaguer Hunter Smith. If you don't like buildup, or context, or anything, just skip ahead to :35 on the above video.
And for the record the kid was okay so you can laugh (which, let's be honest, you could do anyway). But at least now you have no reason whatsoever to feel bad about it.
