Missing a layup during a basketball game is infuriating. We don't care if you're the most peaceful person on the planet. If you miss a layup, you will flip out.

Metta World Peace proved that during a recent Venice Basketball League game out in California. Even though MWP isn't half as crazy as he used to be back in his Ron Artest days, he lost it after he missed a layup that he should have made. And when he did, he responded by pushing an opposing player and temporarily losing his cool.

Luckily, the guy he pushed didn't react and push him back (we don't blame you, buddy!), so MWP was able to recompose himself before resuming play. But this could have ended ugly.

Keep the peace, Metta!

UPDATE:

Metta has responded to the video on Twitter. Here are a few tweets that he sent out a short time ago.
