Raise your hand if saw this type of offensive output coming from Algeria against South Korea earlier today. No one, right? Obviously, the beauty of the World Cup is that any country is capable of pulling out of some truly incredible performances at any moment and today, Algeria did just that. In the 26th minute, Islam Slimani, or OVO Silmani as we like to call him, started off the scoring by fighting off two defenders following a perfectly placed long pass to knock it into the back of the net.

Two minutes later, Algeria scored again. This time, it was defender Rafik Halliche who managed to head it in before goalkeeper Jung Sung-Ryong was able to punch it out.

In the 38th minute, Algeria scored once again on a play similar to their first goal.

Down 3-0 going into the second half, South Korea had a tough uphill battle. While they put up a good fight, the lead was too insurmountable. Algeria went on to score once more, winning 4-2.
