Jon Olsson Hoons an Extreme Supercar in the Snow (Video)

A 600 hp, ultra-lightweight car that looks like a Le Mans prototype is way cooler than a ski lift.

When normal people go skiing, they ski down a hill (poorly) and then have to slowly be carried back up to the top in a ski lift. The view is nice, but it's certainly not the fun part. We think that champion freestyle skier and Red Bull athelete Jon Olsson has come up with a very nice solution to this problem.

Drive up the ski slope in a 600 hp Rebellion R2K. The R2K features the powertrain of a Lamborghini Gallardo in a tiny, ultra-light weight body on a modified Ultima GTR chassis, with Ohlins suspension, ADV1 wheels, and careful tuning from a former Koenigsegg engineer. This looks like more fun than the skiing, for sure.
