Around 7:30 AM this morning a helicopter crashed in Seattle, WA outside of the KOMO news channel station. The chopper clipped a tree, which caused the crash, and the resultant explosion. Three cars were engulfed in the resulting flames.
Two KOMO employees died in the incident, and a third person is reported to have been hospitalized. We offer our condolences to the families and friends of those hurt.
