Car makers are always battling each other in a game of stats and numbers. Here is a number that you won’t likely forget. One. This is the new Koenigsegg One:1, the 1,340hp hypercar set to debut at the Geneva Motor Show.

You’ve seen this car before, though not quite as pumped-up. The One:1 is based on the design of the Koenigsegg Agera, with the exception being its massive rear wing and revised aerodynamics. It’s a brawler. Weighing in at 1,340 kilograms, the car benefits from a staggering power-to-weight ratio of one to one, hence the namesake.

Power is fed from the Agera’s 5.0L turbocharged V8 through a seven-speed dual-clutch autobox, and will allegedly rocket the car from 0-250mph in about 20 seconds. Mash the ceramic brakes and you’ll go from 250mph back to down to zero in just 10 seconds. Talk about quick.

The One:1 sits on custom Michelin Cup Tires, rated at 273mph. Looks like the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport will have another rival in the battle for top speed. Good luck trying to buy one, though. Koenigsegg will only manufacture six cars, and they have allegedly already been sold.
