What do you get when you combine the design of an elongated Razor Scooter with the mechanics of a Vespa? Something that looks too dangerous to be on a major road, that's what. The origins of this custom ride are unknown, but the build is too interesting to ignore. The clearance on this thing is non-existent and the seating position for the three riders looks very uncomfortable, but it gets pretty good speeds judging from this short clip. As long as you avoid potholes, roadkill, and large pebbles, it could be an exhilarating short distance ride (with a helmet, of course).
