We know that this is not how you wanted to start your day. But we're afraid that we have to deliver some bad news to you. Last night, at approximately 6 p.m., Alex Morgan officially went off the market when her longtime boyfriend Servando Carrasco of Major League Soccer's Houston Dynamo popped the question. Morgan announced the engagement through—what else?—her Instagram account:
