Homemade replicas of supercars are usually terrible looking. The proportions are usually way off, the exterior looks cheap and is covered in weld lines, and something is usually made of some really ugly and cheap material. Hell, they usually look more like builder Jacek Mazur's previous attempt at a Lamborghini.

His McLaren F1, however, looks surprisingly realistic. He spent about £20,000 ($32,800) building it, and gets "treated like a movie star" whenever he takes it out. It's even equipped with a tiny seat specifically for Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond.

Various publications are claiming to know what kind of engine is powering this beast. It's either an Audi V8 or a proper BMW V12. We're hoping it's the latter.
