If we went to help someone who had just been in a motorcycle accident and they started to roll around screaming, we would just accept it as a side effect of the trauma. But if that person then sat up and started laughing and screaming simultaneously, we would definitely have to back away and let someone else handle it. The people in this video are obviously more decent human beings than we are because they stuck around while this man went absolutely apeshit on the ground. The crash must have resulted in a demonic possession because we've never seen a reaction quite like this.
