This Man Set the Blind Land Speed Record in a Porsche 911 (Video)

52-year-old blind driver Mike Newman recently set a new record for the "Fastest Blind Land Speed" while driving a Porsche 911 at 186MPH (more than 3 miles a minute). Newman performed the drive at the Bruntingthorpe airport with radio assistance and directions from a second car to keep him in a straight line down the strip. Newman's successful run broke the previous record held by Turkish singer Metin Senturk who had broken Newman's original record by driving 182MPH in a Ferrari F430.
