Earlier this week, Willis McGahee was asked about his future in the NFL. "I plan on starting September 5," he told reporters.

And while that statement may be true, it won't be the Denver Broncos that he's starting for this season. That's because the team just decided to cut ties with him, less than a week after getting their first glimpse of him during the offseason. McGahee, who has been named to the Pro Bowl twice during his career, will now have to catch on with another team if he wants to be a starter in the league during the 2013-14 NFL season.
