JaMarcus Russell is likely going to get another chance to play in the NFL. According to ESPN Chicago, the former Oakland Raiders quarterback is going to work out for the Chicago Bears on Friday along with three other quarterbacks. Russell, who shed 50 pounds over the last few months, is reportedly entertaining offers from other NFL teams as well.

Even though he's received some interest, though, there's no guarantee that Russell will land on an NFL roster next season. But he's also said that he would field offers from the CFL and wants to play somewhere next season, so we wouldn't be surprised at all to hear about him attending more workouts in the near future.

We've taken plenty of shots at Russell in the past. But we hope that someone gives this guy a second chance. At this point, after all the work he's put into making a comeback, he deserves it. So who wants him?
