The NBA has fined Dallas Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle $25,000 for his comments after the team's loss to Golden State on Thursday night. Carlilse criticized the referees for what he thought was an uncalled blocking foul by Warriors center Andrew Bogut with six seconds remaining.

"I don't know what you want to call it at the end. Unlucky? Whatever you want to call it. Screwed? It happened," said Carlisle. "I'm concerned about what's happening at the end of games with the officials. I can only be honest."

Well, as just about everyone knows, David Stern and his boys don't take too kindly to such statements and they usually hand out heavy fines anytime coaches, players, or owners fire shots. Carlisle should be especially aware of this since his boss, Mark Cuban, has been fined more than $1 million dollars over the course of 13 years for criticizing refs and just picked up another $50,000 fine last month. We're sure Cuban whose net worth stands at over two billion dollars will take care of this for Carlilse.
