After reviewing all the information in the alleged sexual assault case involving Michael Crabtree, district attorney George Gascon has determined that no charges will be filed "at this time." With the Super Bowl XLVII coming up next Sunday, 49ers general manager Trent Baalke summed it up best saying, "Michael and the team can now put this behind us and move forward."

Crabtree, nor his attorney Joshua Bentley, returned calls by ESPN seeking comment.
