Recently, Donovan McNabb sat down with CSN Philly to discuss the current state of the Philadelphia Eagles. And in case you don't know, McNabb and the Eagles didn't part on the best of terms, so it wouldn't be all that surprising to see the 2nd overall pick in the 1999 NFL Draft gloat just a little bit about his former team's struggles.

"Making it to the NFC Championship is not easy, and I think they're starting to see that right now, that getting to the playoffs and going to the NFC Championship consistently, it's just not that easy. There are teams right now who have winning records, like the Atlanta Falcons, they've done it for so many years, and they get to the playoffs and all of a sudden they're one-and-done."

After leading the Eagles to a couple very successful seasons and then getting run out of Philadelphia, McNabb probably still feels a bit aggy over how everything went down back in the day. But now, it's the Eagles organization that are realizing that "you don't know what you got until it's gone." Guess what goes around, comes around, eh?
