Robert Griffin III recently said that he doesn't want to be defined by his race. So naturally, the fellas over at ESPN's First Take made it into a race thing. Rob Parker put his foot in his mouth like never before. When the topic of Griffin's quote came up, Parker had this to say:
"I want to find about him. I don't know because I keep hearing these things. We all know he has a white fiance. Then there was all this talk about him being a Republican, which there's no information at all. I'm just trying to dig deeper into why he has an issue."
Why does RG3 have to the best African-American quarterback? Why can't he just be the best quarterback? Way to play up stereotypes, Parker! He should focus on stepping his suit game up than worrying about stupid shit like this.
