As we anticipated, Lamborghini released two new versions of the Gallardo today, one a refreshed version of the LP 560-4 and the other a new trim called the LP 570-4 Edizione Tecnica. The new-look face and rear of the 560-4 feature sharper, more triangular shapes. It's also got bigger intakes up front and 19-inch “Apollo polished” alloy wheels.

The second change applies to the LP 570-4 Superleggera and the LP 570-4 Spyder Performante, both of which with now be available as the Edizione Tecnica. The update gives the models a lighter body and is available in three color schemes: a Nero Nemesis (matte black) body with Arancio Argos (orange) pillars and front air intakes, Bianco Canopus (matte white) body with Arancio Argos pillars and front air intakes, and Arancio Argos body with Nero Nemesis pillars and front air intakes. The new lineup will be available starting in November.
