Already responsible for one of the most talked about vehicles on the automotive green scene, General Motors is finding creative new ways to reuse and recycle. In attempt to reduce their wasteful environmental impact, GM is using old factory crates that carried automotive parts to build community gardens called the Cadillac Urban Gardens. The first one recently opened in Detroit (where else?) and houses about 1,400 plants, including cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, and collard greens.
