Motor city residents facing tough times just got a helping hand from The Detroit Bus Company who have announced plans to launch their WeRide program, in which every seat purchased on one of their buses will provide another person in need with a free ride to work. The program comes at a time when the city's public transit system is cutting many of it's bus routes, leaving entire neighborhoods stranded.
