What do hardcore cyclists do when they're indoors? More cycling, of course. In it's second year, Obey and Tales of the Crit present the Ro-Roll-Kidul Goldsprint an indoor, stationary bicycle race. In this event, each contestant sprints a distance of 400 meters on identical fixies seated on top of rollers to keep them in place. The riders pedal as hard as they can until someone falls off. Eliminations occur through a knock-out system, with the winners of each round going on to the next until only two competitors remain. This year saw a full house of riders, with music provided by DJs from Dub Skank’inHifi and Knives. Check out the video re-cap of the event above.
