Fans of Ronnie Fieg's ASICS collaborations have reason to get excited as one of his most coveted silhouettes will finally be releasing.
The "Super Green" ASICS GEL-Lyte III was a shoe that was originally designed for and distributed to the less fortunate out in Haiti. It was never made available to the public, but with Fieg's recent announcement on Twitter, that's all about to change. In celebration of KITH's five year anniversary, Fieg tweeted, "I'm dropping a few unicorns. We'll start with the Super Greens. Made in Japan." In addition to that, Fieg would go on to add, "Along with those Super Green Gel Lyte iii's, I'm releasing the 1st of 3 Gel Lyte 3.1's. After the three 3.1's release they go away forever."
No dates were mentioned, but you can fully expect these upcoming Fieg x ASICS releases to be amongst the most anticipated drops of the year. Stay tuned for further information.
