After dropping the first-ever kids' Flyknit sneaker last week, Nike's knitted offerings continue to expand with the introduction of a brand new women's exclusive training shoe.

The Free Transform Flyknit is essentially a training extension of the new Free RN Flyknit runner. The two share a number of similarities, including Free-inspired tooling and similar Flyknit patterns, but the Free Transform adds extra stability and traction for the gym thanks to extended rubber pods on its outsole. Meanwhile, the combination of Flyknit and Flywire has been structured for support in the areas where you'll need it most.

Now available in seven different colorways for women, the Free Transform Flyknit is priced at $150 and can be purchased here.
