UK rapper Sway once famously said: "Pound is stronger than the Dollar, holler"—now it seems as if New Balance have taken that notion on-board for their 557 ‘English Tender' Pack.
Whilst cash-inspired kicks are nothing groundbreaking in the sneaker game, we have to admit this pack is certified money in the bank— or in layman’s terms, straight fire. Coming in two colour schemes, the 577s are constructed from a smooth suede for the upper, with the individual teal and orange colourways based on the £5 and £10 notes (or in roadman terms: Dives and a Benner), with the British flag and pound sign also stitched on the tongue tag. Once again New Balance have pulled out another excellent sneaker pack, one that the Queen herself would be chuffed with.
