Concepts has long been considered one of the best sneaker boutiques in the U.S., and now the brand is making a major move to take its presence international. Today, Concepts announced that they have appointed Tre Lucas as Brand President, and he'll be responsible for the brand's expansion overseas.

With Concepts' strong history in the sneaker game, and Lucas' expertise in strategy and operations, the Boston-based shop looks to expand from a retailer to a global brand. "Over the last 20 years, we have been able to prove that the Concepts business model is a great success. I wanted to take this model and expand it globally since I have every confidence in Concepts and its potential in the future," said owner Tarek Hassan. With a Dubai shop potentially coming as early as this spring, it looks like Concepts is wasting no time with this global initiative. Hopefully this means even more fire sneaker collabs coming our way.
