Nike's award-winning Flyease technology is coming back to LeBron James' newest takedown model.

The Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier 9 will become the latest sneaker to employ the brand's innovative tech that allows athletes with special needs to fasten and tighten their shoes through the use of a zipper and Velcro instead of traditional laces.

The Flyease concept made its debut on the Soldier 9's predecessor, the LeBron Soldier 8, after years of research and development and was inspired by a teenager with cerebral palsy named Matthew Walzer. Months later, Time named Flyease technology as one of the 25 best inventions of 2015.

Now, Flyease evolves on the Zoom LeBron Soldier 9, which will be releasing sometime this spring according to Sneaker News. We'll update with more information as it's made available, but for now, you can buy the LeBron Soldier 8 Flyease from Nikestore for $130.Â
