Nike's Free Mercurial Superfly is one of the brand's best examples of taking a high performance sneaker — in this case, a soccer cleat — and turning it into a lifestyle model. We've already previewed a few of this year's upcoming releases for the Flyknit-equipped silhouette, and now we're getting a look at couple unreleased samples.

First up is a royal blue colorway that's cushioned with a speckled white Free midsole. A few dashes of yellow appear on the striped heel tab and liner, and it looks like this pair also comes packaged with alternate yellow laces. Based on the color combination, it's possible that these were intended to have a Brazil theme, but it's hard to say for sure.

There's also a black and blue colorway that's quite reminiscent of one of the pairs we've previewed previously. There are a few differences here including the Swoosh and shades of colors, but it looks like something similar will be releasing either way.

Check out these sample colorways and stay tuned for updates on potential releases.
