It turns out that the "Oscar Edition" Air Jordan VI that Jordan Brand blessed Spike Lee with wasn't one of a kind after all.
The ultra-rare sneakers were first seen on Lee's Instagram last November after he was gifted them by Michael Jordan, Larry Miller, and Reggie Saunders of Jordan Brand. As if the colorway wasn't already crazy enough on its own, these Jordan VIs are gold leafed, meaning the upper is constructed with a thin sheet of real gold.
Until now, it looked like Spike's "one of a kind" claim would hold true, and many sneakerheads had given up on ever adding these to their collection, but a pair has just surfaced at a consignment shop.
