To commemorate the upcoming Chinese New Year, Jordan Brand will be releasing a pair of its Air Jordan V Retro Low.

We first previewed these Vs back in November and early rumors indicated that these would be an exclusive for China. But the rumors aren't true and the shoe is anticipated to drop at select Jordan Brand retailers on Saturday, January 23 with a price tag of $200. These beauty shots, courtesy of Sneaker Files, gives us the best look yet at the silhouette. The official colorway is listed as "Black/Bright Crimson-Beta Blue-Black" with the feature element being a graphic print repeated on both the tongue and back heel.

Jordan Brand has made it an annual event to commemorate the special occasion as it's previously released the Air Jordan VII "Year of the Rabbit" in 2011, a "Year of the Dragon" Air Jordan 2012, a "Year of the Snake" pack in 2013 and an Air Jordan XX9 "Year of the Goat" in 2014.
