Traditionally, the Vans Classic Slip-On has been associated with youthfulness and lighthearted fun — think Sean Penn's easy going Spicoli character from Fast Times at Ridgemont High. For close to half a century, it's been a go-to for dudes who just can't be bothered with things like laces and straps. However, the lineup Vans has prepared for Fall 2015 is proof that the Slip-On can clean up quite nicely.

Dressed in premium materials like wool, leather, and suede, these Vans Classic Slip-Ons are a far cry from the canvas-draped styles you're probably used to. In total, there are six different looks set for fall, including vintage inspirations in grey, blue, and white, leather-based versions in brown and burgundy, and a "Wool Sport" pewter style.

The three Vintage styles are set at $50, while the Wool Sport and Leather versions see a slight price hike to $55 and $60, respectively. All six variations are now available from select Vans stockists.
