The likelihood someone started to gain interest in ASICS because of a collaboration is very high. Whether it was with Ronnie Fieg, Patta, or Concepts, the brand has become known for making co-designed, limited-edition versions of its '90s runners. The latest silhouette to receive this treatment is the Gel Sight, which was recently reworked by Fieg and his store, KITH, for their West Coast Project. Berlin's Overkill has now become the second store to re-design the Sight, and it's one of the boldest ASICS collabs to date.

Titled the "Desert Rose," Overkill takes its inspiration from Morocco, using an eye-grabbing print on the upper along with multiple shades of 3M on the Tiger Stripe. The most impressive attribute of the sneakers, surprisingly, isn't anything bright at all: It's the maroon pig suede on the upper.

Expect the Overkill x ASICS Gel Sights to release on July 11, but stay tuned as we have special news coming tomorrow in regards to this sneaker.
